Deep Roots Research is a nonprofit organization serving both North and South Carolina.
Vision: Building strong roots for others doing good in the world.
Mission: Providing strong foundations for others working to eliminate health disparities through research, program development, evaluation and organizational development expertise rooted in public health principles.
Deep Roots Research staff are dedicated public health professionals who are passionate about their work. The staff has a unique background in public health, social work, policy and the law, and working with diverse topics, partners, and systems.

- Community Mental Health Centers and Inpatient Mental Health Centers
- Justice-involved Systems, including Department of Corrections and Probation, Parole and Pardon
